Note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been subjected to the assembly of bindings. As this is done to the customer's shoe size, it implies a personalisation of the product (Article 121-20-2).
The customer has the right, in accordance with the law (articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code), to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason
a) Time limits
In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the date of receipt of the parcel to return the item(s) concerned, to request an exchange or refund, including the initial shipping costs if applicable.
We shall process your return requests within 48 hours of receiving the request.
The customer must make a return request in their customer account within the given timeframe. (See procedure below).
Only items returned in new or unused condition for second-hand equipment, intact, complete and in their original packaging (including protective materials such as bubble wrap) with accessories, instructions and documentation will be accepted.
The original invoice and the completed withdrawal form must be enclosed in the package.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for the cost of returning. (Except in the case of a manufacturing defect (Product not repairable) or delivery error for which we are responsible).
Once the return of one or more items is confirmed and compliant, we will reimburse you within 15 working days of the returned products being returned to stock. We will send you an email to inform you that your refund has been processed by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (depending on the payment method you used to order your items).
If you have paid for all or part of an item using your loyalty points, the amount used will not be refunded but your points will be credited to your loyalty account.
Loyalty points earned from returned products will be automatically deducted from the same pot.
NOTE: In case of withdrawal by the customer, Easy-gliss will not refund the additional costs if the consumer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method.
The refund of the returned products will concern the amount paid at the time of the validation of the order (price of the products and standard shipping costs). The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
