1. DPD

With DPD you can have the parcel delivered to a neighbour's house, by giving a mandate to a trusted third party to receive the parcel on your behalf (concierge, friend, etc.). Or to have your order delivered to another address (work, holiday, second home, etc.).

a. DPD Predict

Predict delivery by appointment within a 3-hour time slot Interaction by SMS or via the Recipient page. Choice of 10 delivery dates between 8am and 6.30pm.

With the Predict solution, you choose the delivery date by SMS.
As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an SMS to allow you to choose the day and time.
You must respond by following the instructions in the SMS before 11pm (price of a standard SMS) and, in case of error or unforeseen circumstances, go to www.dpd.fr for more choices.

On the day of delivery, you will receive another SMS reminding you of the time slot.

b. DPD Pick-Up

1st network in France with more than 5,000 collection points. Automatic sending of an SMS/email as soon as the parcel is received in the selected pick-up point. Parcels stay available up to 9 days.

Your parcel can be picked up at your pick-up point against a signature and presentation of an identity document. Another person of your choice can also collect the parcel. This person must present their identity card and that of the recipient. If the parcel is for a company, a Kbis extract is also required. The parcel is delivered against a signature.
A preparation time of 24 hours is necessary, plus 48 hours to ship your parcel. (The deadline is in working days)
