2. Purpose of the GTC
The purpose of the present document is to define the general conditions of online sale of products offered by Easy-Gliss:

a/ The Easy-gliss product offer
Easy-Gliss has an offer that extends to the following countries: Metropolitan France, Corsica, Switzerland, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Finland, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Morocco, Romania, Russia, Tunisia, Ukraine, with variations concerning shipping costs, delivery times and taxes according to the regulations in force (see the delivery terms and terms of delivery and prices).

Postage is free for purchases of €149 or more in metropolitan France (with DPD PREDICT), €269 in Europe (with DPD) and €289 excluding VAT in Switzerland (with colissimo Europe Suisse).
Easy-gliss is free to modify and delete the product offer at any time and any offer proposed on our site is valid and accessible to our customers while stocks last.
Any order confirmed by a customer implies that the customer agrees to all the general conditions of sale displayed on the site.
b/ Promotional offers
Promotional codes are valid for a minimum purchase amount specified on the offer (coupon, newsletter, etc.) and may be linked to specific conditions of use, specified on the offers.
The validity date is indicated for each promotional code. Once the validity date has passed, the promotional code can no longer be used.
Voucher neither exchangeable nor refundable: promotional codes that are lost cannot be replaced and will not give any right to compensation. Codes cannot be cumulated: if you have more than one code, only one of them can be used for your order.
The Customer can benefit, through various commercial offers (newsletter registration, customer account, etc.), from vouchers that can only be used on our site. Under no circumstances may the voucher be converted into currency.
Easy-gliss reserves the right to change the conditions of promotional offers at any time. On now grounds will it be held responsible for this.

An invoice is available in the "My account" section of your customer account. You can save or print it. This invoice may be requested for any subsequent after-sales follow-up.
The data communicated by the Buyer and recorded by Easy-gliss at the time of the order as well as the confirmation click after having filled in the order form constitute a sales contract between the two parties (Buyer and Easy-gliss). This click is comparable to the buyer's signature, which subjects the latter to an obligation of payment and is equivalent to acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In accordance with current French legislation, Easy-gliss reserves the right to refuse delivery or to honour an order in cases where the Buyer has not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or in cases where a payment dispute remains.
Note For obvious reasons, in the event of an error in the entry of the mandatory personal data requested during the order process and caused voluntarily or involuntarily by the customer.
We can no longer guarantee the correct delivery of the goods (mandatory data are those for which the entry field is marked with an asterisk).
b/ Placing an order
The ordering process of one or more products is done in several steps:
- Choosing items and adding to the basket
- Confirmation of the contents of the basket
- Identification on the Site if the customer is not already identified
- Choice of delivery method
- Choice of payment method
- Payment confirmation
Each of these order levels has a specific screen page.
The customer accesses the levels in succession, which are validated by entering each requested criterion.
The customer can, until the payment is confirmed, return to the previous level to modify it.
Your order is registered as soon as the payment is made.
c/ Order processing time
If you place your order before 12 midday:
- The product is available in our warehouse stock: your parcel is given to the carrier the same afternoon.
- The product is not available in our warehouse: in this case, an additional 24 hours is required to process your order.
If you place your order in the afternoon, the processing time will be extended by one day.
An order paid by cheque will be processed and shipped 1 day after the cheque has been cashed.
a/ Online payment
Online payment on this site is secure thanks to the SSL protocol.
EASY-GLISS has the Banque Populaire as its banking partner, with the Cyberplus secure payment interface. When you enter your bank details, you are no longer on the EASY-GLISS website but on the Banque Populaire interface, which means that we will not have access to your bank details under any circumstances. Online payment by credit card is made using the SSL ("Secure Socket Layer") security protocol, which ensures that your bank details are encrypted during transmission over the network. To identify this security a padlock icon is visible on your browser. In order to strengthen the security of Internet sales, a new standard for secure banking transactions is being deployed in France: 3D Secure. It aims to reduce the risk of fraud, thanks to a procedure for authenticating the cardholder with his or her bank. After registering your personal information, you may be directed to your bank's server, which will ask you for further identification to ensure that you are the cardholder.
b/ Bank transfer
The account details for making your transfer will be provided to you at the time of order confirmation once you have selected the "transfer" payment method.
c/ PayPal payment
You can also pay for your order via PayPal.
To use this payment method, you must have or create a PayPal account.
By using this payment method, you are protected by the PayPal security system and subject to the PayPal terms and conditions in addition to those of Easy-Gliss.
Any order validated by the consumer implies an irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale which cannot be called into question.
d/ 3X free of charge
Easy-gliss has the Banque Populaire as its banking partner, with the Cyberplus secure payment interface.
You can pay in 3 instalments from €149 by credit card and up to €1,000.
Breakdown of stop orders:
- First payment 40%
- Second payment 30%
- Third payment 30%
3X payment without fees is possible in all countries where we deliver except Switzerland.
6. Description of the products
Each product on sale on Easy-gliss.com is described in text form, indicating its main characteristics to our customers, and is accompanied by photographs which cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product.

7. Product availability
The products offered on Easy-Gliss are available in our warehouse or in the warehouses of our suppliers.
Most of our products are seasonal and stock cannot be renewed.
If a product offered on the site is out of stock, an advisor will contact you to inform you and propose a new delivery date or an equivalent replacement product. You will also have the option of requesting a cancellation and refund of your order.
If Easy-gliss provides you with goods or services of an equivalent quality and price with your agreement, we will bear the costs of returning the goods or service following the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
8. Price information
The sales prices of our products are indicated in Euro, all taxes included (excluding delivery costs and other individual services)
For orders within Switzerland and the UK, prices are quoted exclusive of tax.
No additional costs will be charged upon receipt of your package, including outside of metropolitan France, except for Switzerland (A tax of 8% of the order amount excluding VAT will be applied and customs clearance fees may be charged), and for the UK (Customs clearance fees + payment of UK VAT before delivery).
However, exceptionally in the case of deliveries outside of metropolitan France, any applicable taxes, dock dues, customs duties or others will be borne by the customer.
As the delivery is handled by a country other than SARL Easy-gliss, you will be subject to the laws applicable to the country of delivery.
Easy-gliss is under no obligation to check and inform the customer of any applicable taxes, dock dues, customs duties or other formalities or declarations.
Easy-gliss is free to change the sales prices and offers at any time.
The prices and promotional offers on our website are identical in our shop to favour transparency with our customers and allow you to benefit from the advice of our winter sports equipment experts.
9. Terms of delivery
The products will be delivered to the address you provided when you placed your order. In the event that the customer makes a mistake in entering the mandatory personal data requested during the ordering process, either voluntarily or involuntarily, Easy-gliss cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in delivery and we can no longer guarantee that the delivery will be carried out correctly.
Packages are dispatched Monday to Friday, for more information see "delivery method".
These times are given as an indication. We strive to ensure that they are respected. However, Easy-gliss cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery due to weather conditions (snow, floods, etc.).
In the event of a delay on our part (unavailability of the goods ordered), you will be sent an email. The buyer will be able to cancel the order and request a refund. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
Order tracking is available on our website and delivery tracking is available on the carrier's website with the help of your package number.
10. Delivery check
Check the external condition of the package before signing the delivery note. If the package is damaged, open it and check the contents before signing.
If the products are missing or damaged, you must refuse the delivery and express precise reservations on the carrier's slip.

NOTE: If you accept the parcel, we remind you that no dispute can be considered if the delivery is accepted without reservation with the carrier. Your reservation must be specific: "package received damaged, one product reference .... missing. These details are necessary to exchange the product(s). You should keep a copy or a photo of the delivery note indicating your remarks or fill in a blank sheet of paper, signed by yourself and the carrier, listing the precise reservations.
11. Retention of ownership
In accordance with the article of law concerning the retention of ownership, the seller remains the owner of the goods until they have been paid for and delivered in full, the buyer having only possession of the goods.
Once these two conditions are met, the transfer of responsibility and ownership of the goods to the buyer becomes effective.

The product is available upon receipt of payment if the item is in stock, otherwise within 2 working days.

13. Withdrawal / Return Policy
Note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been subjected to the assembly of bindings made to the customer's shoe size and involving a customisation of the product (Article 121-20-2).
The customer has the right, in accordance with the law (Articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code), to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the date of receipt of the package to return the item(s) concerned, to request an exchange or refund, including the initial shipping costs if applicable.
We shall process your return requests within 48 hours of receiving the request.
The customer must make a return request in his customer area within the given timeframe. (See procedure below).
Only items returned in new or unused condition for second-hand equipment, intact, complete and in their original packaging (including protective materials such as bubble wrap) with accessories, instructions and documentation will be accepted.
The original invoice and the "withdrawal form form" filled in.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
In in any event, the return shipment is made at the Buyer's expense.
You will only be responsible for the cost of returning and resending a replacement product. (except in the case of a manufacturing defect, stock shortage or delivery error for which we are responsible).
Once the return of one or more items is validated and compliant, we will refund you within 14 working days of the returned products being returned to stock. We will send you an email to inform you that your refund has been processed by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (depending on the payment method you used to order your items).
If you have paid for all or part of an item using your loyalty points, the amount used will not be refunded, but your points will be credited to your loyalty account.
Loyalty points earned from products that are finally returned will be automatically deducted from the same pot.
NOTE: In case of withdrawal by the customer, Easy-gliss will not refund the additional costs if the consumer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method.
The refund of the returned products will concern the amount paid at the time of the validation of the order (price of the products and standard shipping costs). The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
d/ Procedure to be followed
Go to your customer area 1. Access your order history 2. Select the order containing the product to be returned 3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by ticking the box next to their name(s).
4. Add an explanation, so that we understand the reason for the return.
Once you have filled in this form, click on "Make a product return", and the request will be sent to us.
Once the return request has been validated by us, 5. Return the products in new or unused condition, complete and in their original packaging (including protective materials such as bubble wrap), together with their accessories, instructions and the withdrawal form.

6. As soon as we receive your parcel in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

14. Warranty/After-Sales Service
In order to benefit from the product guarantee, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product. Contractual guarantees do not cover:
- abnormal or non-conforming use of the products (e.g.: edge torn off on a ski or snowboard after hitting a rock, etc.). We therefore invite you to carefully consult the instructions for use supplied with the products,
- defects and their consequences, linked to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (professional, collective use, etc.),
- defects and their consequences, linked to any external cause.
This contractual guarantee does not exclude the possibility for the buyer to request the application of the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code or the application of the legal guarantee for hidden defects, pursuant to Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Refunds for products eligible for warranty will be made within 14 days or less after receipt of the products in the condition specified above.
Refunds will be made by credit or bank cheque sent to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address, or in the form of a credit note, as you choose. No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason.
All our products sold on Easy-gliss are manufactured by well-known brands.
As such, they benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects specific to manufacturers.
After the intervention of the After-Sales Service, the goods are returned to the customer at our expense.
In the event that the returned material has not been authorised for return and/or that the damage caused is not covered by the guarantee, it will be returned to the customer carriage forward.

15. Customer file
The Easy-gliss team undertakes to protecting your privacy, and supports a general policy of openness about how we collect and use your personal information. (In accordance with Act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 modified, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" law or Data Protection Act)
Our customer file is strictly confidential and exclusive to Easy-gliss.
The Easy-gliss customer file has been declared to CNIL under number 209 99 83.
Easy-gliss guarantees the security of its premises and information systems to prevent files from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised parties.
Access to the data is reserved only for designated persons or third parties who have special and specific authorisation (tax authorities, police, etc.).
The data controller also has the duty to define a reasonable period of time for the retention of personal information.
When using this service, Easy-gliss undertakes to respect the following two essential principles:
- You remain in control of your personal data.
- Your data is treated transparently, confidentially and securely.
Any customer is also free to change personal information, unsubscribe from the newsletter or deactivate their customer account at any time.
In which case their personal data will be kept in the same way and in accordance with the same principles of confidentiality. ("My account" section).

16. Applicable law/Computer and freedom
This contract is subject to French law, regardless of the nationality of the customer or the place where the order was placed or delivered. In the event of translation into foreign language(s), only the French version is binding.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, we inform you that you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your contribution. To do so, write to the company's headquarters or use the contact form. Information collected from people through the contact form will not be disclosed to anyone other than those in our company. However, as required by the French Data Protection Act, we inform you that your answers are optional and that failure to answer will not lead to any particular consequence. Nevertheless, your answers must be sufficient to enable us to process the information.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, for other purposes on any medium is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement which may give rise to civil and criminal liability for the infringer. The information contained in this service is non-binding and subject to change without notice.

Easy-gliss cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the contract concluded between the parties in the event of force majeure, the occurrence of an event attributable to the Buyer or any foreseeable and insurmountable inconvenience or damage linked to use of the Internet.
Easy-gliss cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage caused by the purchase of the products.
Photographs, graphics and descriptions that accompany the products have no contractual value and do not engage the responsibility of SARL Easy-gliss.
Also, as the Site is hosted by an external service provider, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption of the Site's service, the occurrence of bugs, inaccuracies or omissions in the information available on the Site or for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party that has altered the information on the Site.
Easy-gliss has only an obligation of means for all stages of access to the Site, consultation, filling in forms, placing orders, delivery of items or any other service.
18. Applicable law, Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the only competent jurisdiction is French law.

19. Loyalty programme
Each time you make a purchase, you will earn loyalty points in your Easy-gliss loyalty account.
1 loyalty point = €0.10 Loyalty points are credited to your Easy-gliss account within 24 hours after payment of your order and are valid for one year from the date they are credited to your account.
Each product is marked with the number of points it earns you.

How to use these loyalty points:
- no minimum purchase is required for their use
- The sum of loyalty points can be used to pay for your order in full
- You can choose to use your points all at once, or in small increments. You also choose when you want to use them
- The customer can acquire these loyalty points during the sales but they cannot be used during the legal SALES period
- No points will be accumulated on orders benefiting from special offers
- You cannot use a promotional code and loyalty points in the same order
- Using a promotional code will cancel the loyalty points of the order.
- A partial discount of accumulated points is applied for orders using loyalty points
- If you have used loyalty points from an order you are requesting a refund for, the amount equivalent to the points used will be deducted from the refund and the points will be credited back into your kitty.
- In the event of a refund of an order, the points accumulated thanks to this order will be deducted from the loyalty account
All competitions organised by Easy-gliss and/or its partners are subject to dedicated game rules which are accessible on separate pages.
