SKI RISE ABOVE 88

The new Rise Above 88 is the most versatile ski in the new range of touring skis, thanks to its strength both up and down the mountain. The Hybrid Tourlite wood core offers an impressive combination of minimal weight (1190g @ 170) and gliding stability. The 3D Radius rib line provides a very durable tip that is especially useful when skiing in windy snow conditions. The straight edge construction offers both agility and maneuverability in narrow passages. The narrower skate under the boot, combined with a moderate profile in the tip and tail areas, keeps you in control and requires less effort when changing direction, even when touring with heavy loads. 
The Rise Above 88 also includes the Smart Skinclip system which is available with the new Völkl by Kohla Fiber Tech and Smart Glue skins.
