The Marker Alpinist are ultra-light pin bindings (245 g without brake), providing everything experienced ski tourers need.

Their design incorporates active length compensation to preserve the ski’s natural flex. The carbon-reinforced, highly rigid ISI toe piece simplifies step-in: thanks to its wide base with integrated guidance, the boot is automatically aligned and positioned correctly. The optimized lever mechanism then allows the pins to engage with minimal pressure.

The rotating heel offers climbing aid positions at 0°, 5°, and 9°, and can be quickly switched between uphill and downhill modes. With a 38 mm wide mounting pattern, power is efficiently transferred to the edges, improving control and ski handling.

A 30 mm length adjustment range ensures compatibility with various boots, while dynamic length compensation allows for up to 4 mm of tolerance.

The bindings are mounted directly onto the skis with screws.
