Völkl launches a new range of fun & light Freeride skis for 2020: BLAZE. A light, playful and easy to ski thanks to the use of a Hybrid Wood core: Poplar, Paulownia and isocore over the entire length of the ski (from tip to tail). The integration of specific elastomer tips at the end of the tip and at the tail allow for a comfortable ski in the powder. The 3D Radius technology has now proven itself: a sidecut with 3 radii, the developers decided to use this technology on these new skis: a longer radius in the tip and tail rocker for easy entry into curves and more stability at high speeds. And a shorter radius in the center of the ski for easy handling and turning in short turns. This ski keeps a good grip on the piste thanks to its Titanale plate under the skate. This ski is also available in rental version. Pre-cut skins Smart Glue and Fibre Tech from Kohla will be available. Ski made in Germany. The German brand will offer 2 widths: Blaze 94 and Blaze 106. Both skis will be available in women's version.
