The durable outer shell is rivet-free, allowing individual components to be easily replaced. It is based on Dalbello’s Bonded Shell design: the two-piece bonded construction creates an extremely lightweight and rigid shell for smooth ascents and more direct power transmission during descents.

At the cuff level, the Quantum Space Pro draws inspiration from classic alpine ski boots and combines co-injection technology for added stiffness with softer panels on the cuff for easier handling. The exterior is completed by a Vibram sole that enhances grip and power transmission.
