The Quantum FREE meets all the requirements of ambitious backcountry skiers. As the smaller brother of the FREE PRO, with its slightly softer 110 flex, it is designed for advanced freetourers who do not want to sacrifice comfort and efficiency on the ascent while still demanding strong downhill performance.

The redesigned IF Touring SPORT liner is in direct contact with the foot. The three-layer PuRE (Polyurethane Recycled Enforcement) technology ensures more efficient power transmission to the shell, firm heel hold, and outstanding comfort. Dalbello AUTOFIT technology with a memory foam tongue further enhances the excellent fit, regardless of foot shape.

Two hallmark features of the Quantum range guarantee high shell rigidity and low overall weight: the bonded two-part shell construction with anatomical heel shells and the new eXtra Dual Link cuff. Together, they ensure direct power transmission on descents and sufficient freedom of movement during ascents.

The new elastic gaiter also facilitates handling and easy entry and exit thanks to the Quick-Hook-Release function on the strap, while the Vibram Dual Density sole provides improved grip when walking and maintains optimal contact with the binding.

When it comes to sustainability, the Quantum FREE also stands out: the entire lining is PVC-free, and the outer layer of the PuRE construction is made from recycled polyurethane.
