The LV FREE Cabrio with a 120 flex is designed for free-tourers who enjoy the ascent but want to focus on the descents that follow in open terrain, without sacrificing comfort and support. The Instant Fit (IF) Hike PRO liner is in direct contact with the foot. Dalbello’s AUTOFIT technology, featuring a memory foam tongue, complements the liner to ensure a perfect fit for all foot shapes, while PuRE technology (Polyurethane Recycled Enforcement) provides more efficient power transmission to the shell.

The three-piece design that gives the boot its Cabrio name allows for controlled descents in untracked terrain. This structure ensures a smooth flex, balanced damping, and stable lateral and heel support.

A mobile and ergonomic Pebax tongue makes entry and exit easier. For improved interaction with the shell, the tongue profile has been adapted and enhanced with softer plastic in key areas to increase flexibility—eliminating the need to remove the tongue in walk mode.

A new ski/walk mechanism, a new locking system, and a new power band with quick-release function allow for an easy transition from ascent to descent mode.
