DESCRIPTION_

Tuned for the backcountry, the new addition to the Fornix family of helmets builds on the proven platform to create protection shaped for the longest adventures. Built for durability, the helmet features aramid reinforcements to improve its structural strength and enhance penetration protection. Featuring a raft of integrated technologies to protect you before, during and after an accident takes place, the helmet gives durable protection to rely on. A RECCO® Avalanche Rescue Reflector helps rescue services more quickly locate you if something goes wrong. An NFC Medical ID from Twiceme® enables the helmet to speak for you when you can't: your medical profile can be stored on a chip within the helmet that can be read by any first responder simply by tapping their device on the helmet. Shaped to keep you protected in comfort, the helmet features an easy-to-use size 360° adjustment system that makes finding a secure and comfortable fit straightforward. Mips is included to improve rotational impact protection. Adjustable ventilation makes it easy to stay comfortable across a wide variety of weather conditions. A layer of aramid molded to the helmet liner enhances penetration protection, giving extra security while skiing deep in the wilderness. Goggle chimneys align perfectly with the top of POC goggles to allow heat to escape and prevent fogging, while the goggle clip to the rear gives added security.
