From the shell and impact foam to the liner and ear pads, the extensive use of recycled and natural materials helps reduce the helmet's environmental footprint. IMPACTS technology uses expanded polypropylene to enhance everyday durability and allow the helmet to retain its shock-absorbing properties for longer. The bonded polycarbonate shell provides an ultra-lightweight design, while integrated ventilation channels maintain consistent airflow without cold spots or direct contact with the head. The Dial R-Fit system allows precise fit adjustment to maximize comfort, support and protection.
